What are the days?

Is there a set time?

Please set your trash outside of your door no earlier than 7pm and no later than 9pm on pickup days.

Is my personal and payment information safe?

Absolutely. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a leading global payment platform trusted by millions of businesses. We never store your card details directly, and your personal information (like your address) is kept private and only used to provide service. Your data is encrypted and protected end-to-end.

What is included?

All subscriptions include weekly trash services with text reminders on pickup days. We also spray a freshener in the hallway to keep things smelling clean.

What if I forget to put my trash out?

No worries — just hold onto it until the next pickup day. To keep things fair for everyone, we can’t come back outside the scheduled hours.

What is the cancellation policy?

There are no long-term contracts. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through our billing portal: your Stripe billing portal .
